[Birdarenaemployees] Beginning of the Year Meetings

All,

This is a reminder about the two meetings that we have coming up. First we have the mandatory Campus Rec meeting on Sunday August, 24th from 11 am-12 pm. This meeting will be held at Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium (Mem Aud).
The second meeting is a beginning of the year cookout/training session. This is to make sure everyone is prepared to start the season at Bird. This meeting is also mandatory. It will be held on Wednesday August, 27th from 6-8 pm at Bird Arena.
Both of these meetings are paid which means you must sign in and out to make sure we know you are there.
