Hello all,



This e-mail is directed to anyone who works rec league shifts:



Please make sure that all games are starting on time, the game clock should be started promptly at the start time of each game, as long as the Olympia is off of the ice.



Game Start Times Are As Follows:

Monday & Wednesday 10:00 and 11:00

Tuesday 9:15 & 10:15

Thursday 10:15 & 11:15



If you are the employee operating the score clock please do not wait on the players to get on the ice, but instead is start the score clock at the start time of each game, regardless of it there are enough players on the ice or not. Please be out in the rink before the Olympia is off the ice so that you can sound the buzzer when the Olympia is getting off of the ice, and then a second time when the Olympia doors have been closed. Start the clock as soon as the second buzzer sounds.

Flyers will be made out with these dates.

Please tell employees to promptly start clocking for games once the Olympia doors are closed. (Horn when Olympia exits and Horn when Olympia doors are closed). That also means an employee is at the clock when the games are supposed to start. Start the clock regardless if there are enough players on ice or not.
