[Birdarenaemployees] Weekend Changes...PLEASE READ

Staff,

There has been a few minor changes made to this weekends ice scheduling
regarding AYHA.  They have added a time on SATURDAY (8-10:30) The people
associated with this time frame have been notified and are aware of it.
 However if you had a shift during the mini mite games on Saturday the 2nd
(6-730) it has been canceled.  So if you are working just that time no
earlier no later, your shift has been canceled.  If it over laps with your
existing shift, your supervisor will let you go at the proper time.

On SUNDAY the 3rd, the first game on the ice will be at 10:30AM.
 (Supervisors should still be there to open the rink around 9 to open
everything up.) So if you were working an earlier shift the first game is
now on at 10:30.  All staff that are working at these times should still
show up the proper time before a shift starts though.  Just adjust your
schedules to the new start times.
