As previously communicated, direct deposit advices will no longer be printed
and distributed on campus after, March 12, 2010 for Faculty, Staff,
Non-Bargaining Classified, and Student employees.  All direct deposit
information will be available to view and print through My Personal
Information.  Just a reminder that your current and the past two years of
paystubs will be available through My Personal Information.  If you should
require a copy of an older stub you may contact the Payroll Office.

If you still need to sign up for direct deposit, please visit the Payroll
web site at <enter link here> and download the Direct Deposit Authorization
form.  The completed form can be dropped in campus mail or hand delivered to
HDL Center room 214.

As of April 1, 2010 paper checks for Faculty, Staff, Non-Bargaining
Classified, and Student employees will no longer be distributed through
campus mail.  Paper checks will be mailed to the address of record in
Payroll.  The address of record is the address that currently prints on your
check or direct deposit stub.  To update or check your address of record
please visit My Personal Information at: http://www.ohio.edu/ebiz/myhr.html.

STUDENTS, please be aware that for tax purposes, only your permanent address
should be on file, not the local address.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this change please email the
Payroll Office at finance.payroll at ohio.edu.
