[Birdarenaemployees] ice cuts

For those of you that are cutting the ice in these last couple weeks, if the
temperature is in the 70s and the ice is wet, only do a dry cut (do not use
the waters and do not turn on the pump). Everything else is done the same as
a normal cut.
