<p class="MsoNormal">Documentary Film Series on Climate Change and Water starts this Friday, September 6, 7pm, in Scripps 111 (next to Alden Library, across from the Baker Center)</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">On the eve of the Watershed Summit to be held on Saturday, September 7, 9-4pm at The Ridges, Ohio University's Institute for Applied and Professional Ethics, in coordination with OU's Common Experience Project on Sustainability, announces
a documentary film in the series: "Ethics for Earth: Climate Change and Water," which will begin with a screening of the film "FLOW" (2008, 93 minutes), hosted by the Institute's Director, Alyssa Bernstein, who will moderate discussion among interested attendees
after the screening. There will be no admission charge.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">FLOW is an award-winning documentary investigation into what some experts consider the most important political and environmental issue of the 21st Century: The World Water Crisis. The director builds a case against the growing privatization
of the world’s dwindling fresh water supply. This documentary film launched a Right To Water campaign to add a 31st article to the Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, Article31.org. In 2008 the film was screened for the UN General Assembly. In 2010 a
resolution co-sponsored by 35 countries called on the United Nations General Assembly to recognize the Right To Water. The resolution passed with the support of 122 countries representing more than 5 billion people, despite opposition from the US, the UK and
their allies. FLOW focuses on the people and institutions developing new technologies and providing practical solutions to the water crisis.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Fine Arts Auditorium at The Ridges, (across from Building 22 ) Ohio University. Co-sponsored by the Athens County League of Women Voters, Amesville Mayor Gary C. Goosman, and the Athens Bill of Rights Committee. The summit celebrates our
