<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Our speaker will be Mark Clack,
Senior Vice President of Cassidy and Associates. Mark's presentation is on U.S. -
Africa Policy in the Obama Era. His presentation takes a survey of
the evolution of U.S. national interests in Africa from the anti-colonial era
through the current Obama administration. Special attention will be given to
Congress and the President in determining policy and spending priorities.
Furthermore, this presentation will un-blur the lines between defense,
diplomacy and development during the George W. Bush administration. To close,
this presentation will examine President Obama’s Africa agenda – democracy and
human rights, security, trade and export promotion.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";color:rgb(34,34,34)">Mark Clack has worked
for over twenty years on various facets of international affairs and foreign
policy, and conducts advocacy on human rights issues, conflict resolution,
global health and foreign assistance, with a strong focus on Africa, the Middle
East and Europe. Mr. Clack moved to his current position from KRL International
where he conducted issue advocacy, profile-building, outreach, research and
analysis on behalf of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of Liberia, ArcelorMittal
London & Liberia, Chevron and numerous others.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal">We hope to see you there. <br>
