elections below and come to a General Body meeting this Sunday for

<span style><font><b></b></font>1.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span>Elections for the Executive shall be held once every
year during Spring Quarter.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-left:1.0in;line-height:150%"><span style>2.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span>Office bearers shall be eligible for re-election.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-left:1.0in;line-height:150%"><span style>3.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span>Eligibility shall be limited to students currently
enrolled at Ohio University, who are registered (paid dues) with the Union.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-left:1.0in;line-height:150%"><span style>4.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span>The election shall be conducted by a returning officer
and two assistants appointed by the General Assembly for the purposes of the
specific election.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-left:1.0in;line-height:150%"><span style>5.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span>Candidacy shall be determined by individual
announcement or by nomination.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-left:1.0in;line-height:150%"><span style>6.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span>A candidate can be elected in absentia, provided he or
she has notified the General Assembly prior to the election date.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-left:1.0in;line-height:150%"><span style>7.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span>Voting shall be by secret ballot.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-left:1.0in;line-height:150%"><span style>8.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span>In the event of a tie, the General Assembly shall cast
a tie breaking by secret ballot.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-left:1.0in;line-height:150%"><span style>9.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"">
</span></span>The advisor and two non-Executive members, appointed by
the General Assembly, shall witness the hand-over of office.</p>
