Hello  Everyone,

Once again, welcome!

This weekend there are numerous events lined up across campus to keep you engaged and entertained. However, we wish to highlight two key events for you:

1. Tomorrow is the International Student Union's picnic. The picnic will be held at Richland Avenue Park between 4-7pm. As a member organisation, we encourage all of you especially the new students to take part in this event and get to socialise and meet new people.

2. This coming Sunday will be the International involvement fair. Our organisation is a participant in the fair. So we encourage all our current members to show up at College Green at 3pm and help with engaging the new students with the hope of convincing them to join us as members.
For those who wish to volunteer their time and help with setting our table up, kindly send your name and contact details to our Social and Cultural Secretary at mrbraimah at gmail.com<mailto:mrbraimah at gmail.com> or just avail yourself at College Green between 1pm and 2.30pm the same day. Your cooperation is always appreciated.

Just for your information, we are planning to have our first general meeting on the 28th August 2013. We are in the process of booking a venue for the same. Once everything is set we'll communicate a confirmation to you.
