[ASU] ASU NOMINATION

Abraham and other ASU members, 

I am thankful for the nomination of public relations officer! I have had the experience of promoting and helping with public relations on events from 50-500 people on a wide variety of topics. 

I believe that I could help the ASU promote all of its events for this coming academic year. I have been on the Athens campus as an undergraduate and graduate and have networking ties to almost every department in the university. I have attached a pdf copy of my c.v. in case anyone wanted to take a look at it.

I have a previous family engagement.

I was nominated as public relations (publicity) position. Thank you Jeramiah for the consideration, but I kindly decline mainly for private reasons. But I think Lauren Ziegler, first year African Studies student could run for that position and I kindly nominate her. I have known Lauren for the last two semesters and she is very organized and always takes the initiative to organize and publicize different events. I am sorry to announce this at the last minute, but I have talked with her and she accepted the nomination.

friends: hope you will turn out in large numbers for the 10th anniversary of AZA! tomorrow night in Memorial Auditorium! Tickets are free to Ohio University students!!! I understand there will be some serious politicking there for the ASU vote!
