Hello guys,

I have finally decided. I think it's gonna be difficult for me to do music on that day. I think it requires me to have enough rehersal for making my voice better for singing. I will, however, sing the Utenzi (Epic Poem) in Swahili as part of sharing the Swahili culture. This is a confirmation message, so you can just put it to the schedule.

On my end, I can confirm that the choreography group will be performing. Also, Mustapha and I will be performing.
In all these are the people I can confirm for

ASU dance - Choreography
ASU fashion - Fashion Show
Fatoumatta - Storytelling
Benjamin - Poetry
Mustapha and Michael - Fusion

However, there are still some people who are likely to perform although I've not certain.

Eden/Duresa - Dance
Fillipo - Music
Michael, Benjamin Stewart, Mustapha, Romano - Music
Eden - Poetry
Omar - Poetry (suggested by Eden)
Kombe - Storytelling

I hope everyone can confirm as soon as possible so we can finish the program!!

Beside, Here are some major updates regarding the event.

1. Food: For those who are cooking, the list of ingredients should be submitted by Thursday the latest. Friday and Saturday will be shopping days both here and in Columbus if necessary. Anyone who wants to help should contact Eden or Vieux.

2. Performances: All the performers should confirm by tomorrow (Wednesday, October 3). The general rehearsal will start from Wednesday till Saturday. Please Contact me, Kingsley or Michael.
 In case any of the performers needs special equipment (projector, instrument, accessories..etc, ), please let us know as now as well by Thursday.
