[ASU] Crossover Volunteer Sign up list and Updates

OU African Community,

Crossover is coming soon and we are pleased to announce with great enthusiasm that we expect this event to be a huge success.
  As we all know, ASU events are successful because of the hard work and sacrifice made by ASU members.
  We now need you to step forward and offer your time and talent for another proud moment for ASU, Crossover.

NB..All ASU executives have been assigned to a specific committee so please coordinate with your volunteers.

Beside, Here are some major updates regarding the event.

1. Food: For those who are cooking, the list of ingredients should be submitted by Thursday the latest. Friday and Saturday will be shopping days both here and in Columbus if necessary. Anyone who wants to help should contact Eden or Vieux.

2. Performances: All the performers should confirm by tomorrow (Wednesday, October 3). The general rehearsal will start from Wednesday till Saturday. Please Contact me, Kingsley or Michael.
 In case any of the performers needs special equipment (projector, instrument, accessories..etc, ), please let us know as now as well by Thursday.
