Dear Africanists,

I hereby nominate Comrade Shaka Bello, a COMDEV second year student for the position of General Secretary that to the best of my knowledge is still vacant. Comrade Shaka is a dedicated, intelligent, self-motivated, energetic, and hardworking young man. I believe other ASU members will second this and brother Shaka will accept this so that the present executive will advise us accordingly.
