[ASU] GB Meeting this sunday may 8 at 4:00

Dear all,

I hope this finds you well and that everybody had a great mom's weekend.  I would like to inform you that we'll be meeting Sunday May 8 at 4:00 pm in Rollins Room (second floor of Alden Library) to get ready for our biggest events of the year (see poster attached):

1. African Cultural Week (May 9-14): Overview of daily events
2. African Heroes Night (May 14): Overview and ticket sales
3. ISU Street Fair (May 21)

We'll also begin selling tickets for African Heroes Night (May 14) so bring your wallets, as we expect to sell out! Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for teens age 13-18, and free for kids 13 and under.

Feel free to forward the poster to your friends, colleagues, and community. If you'd like a smaller sized flier to print and distribute in classes or meetings, let us know.
