[ASU] ASU Elections

Hi ASU,

Nominations are open for 2011 ASU Exec board, for the following
positions- President, Vice President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary,
Publicity Secretary, and Academic Affairs Officer.

The Electoral committee would like to propose one change to the
officer positions at the GB meeting, and that is changing the position
of Academic Affairs Officer, because although it is in the
consitution, it has been out of use for a long time.

Also at the GB meeting we would like to discuss possible participation
requirements for running.

The tentative election date is April 17, nominations will run from
today until 5 pm on April 16th.

Nominations will be online through emailing the listserve. Nominations
must be from a person other than the one running, and be seconded by
another individual.
