[ASU] vote of thanks

Dear ASU members,

Once again you have shown how vibrant ASU is by turning up in a large 
number to make the African Studies 100 Years of Progressive Islam in Africa 
a success. You worked hard all week arranging for the poster presentation, 
helped to cook very delicious food, attended the events and some of you 
even remained behind to help with the cleaning. You really humble me with 
your enthusiasm and from the bottom of my heart, receive my sincere thanks 
for the wonderful work done. You make me proud to serve with you. Allow me 
to take this opportunity to remind you that our African Hero Night is 
coming up on Feb 7th at 7pm in Walter Hall. We will be honoring Dr Steve 
Howard for his work in and for Africa. Feel free to contact me or any 
member of the executive with any ideas you may want included on the program 
for that night. Help spread the word around. Wishing you well in your 
studies. Keep warm.
