Hello all! I hope you had a nice holiday season,<br><br><br>To cut a long story short, the Athens County Humane Society is having a spray and neuter clinic at the Athens Community Center on January 14th (that is this Monday) from 7:00am to 6:00pm and they have asked us to help out. Each shift is two hours long aside from the first shift which is three hours long instead. ACHS has sent us two separate e-mails about this so I'm assuming they are in strong need of volunteers, so please consider it if you can. Plus you will get to interact with the animals ("Volunteers
will assist with keeping an eye on cats and dogs before and after
surgery, cleaning crates as needed, and giving post-surgery instructions
to pet owners."). <br><br>I have not made having a ride a requirement for signing up but one is highly recommended. However, if you are determined walking there is very much possible (take the bike path, it saves crossing East State Street). <br>
