<div>SERVE weekends are focused on chapter and project management. This is a weekend experience giving participants the opportunity to learn skills needed to develop chapter management skills. The course will focus on small group process where participants develop an actual project plan that can be used by their chapters.</div>

<div>COURSE OVERVIEW:</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>•<span style="WHITE-SPACE:pre-wrap"> </span>Meeting management – Learning about different types of meetings and how to best run them as well as making meetings more manageable and effective</div>
<div>•<span style="WHITE-SPACE:pre-wrap"> </span>Project management – Focus on the SPEED model to develop and execute successful projects. Developing time management through project management</div>
<div>•<span style="WHITE-SPACE:pre-wrap"> </span>Delegation – Learning the art of having others help with a task you are responsible for and using delegation strategies to utilize the whole chapter</div>
<div>•<span style="WHITE-SPACE:pre-wrap"> </span>Marketing – Developing and managing a positive chapter image and learning how to let the world know what you are doing</div>

<div>COURSE AND REGISTRATION DETAILS</div>
<div>The course starts at 7 p.m. Friday and runs through noon Sunday. Unlike a sectional or regional conference, attendees are expected to participate the entire time of the event.<br></div>
<div><br></div>
<div>COST: $55 for Student Members and $75 for Alumni. A $5 discount is provided to Life Members.</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>The cost includes lodging for both Friday and Saturday night, 3 meals on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. (Please note that the National Fraternity subsidizes the costs of the SERVE courses costs). Extension groups may send one member to one SERVE for FREE!</div>
