I miss all of you and hope that your summers are going well :)<br>
I just wanted to let you know that I stumbled on an Athens Messenger article from last week about Athens High School's football stadium. We all remember the tornado that hit Athens in September and the impact it had on the community. It destroyed the football
stadium, and at the end of fall quarter, the principle told us he wasn't sure how they would raise all the money needed to rebuild the stadium. In the 10 month span since then, the school received 1.2 million dollars in donations and is almost finished rebuilding
the stadium (and apparently it's sweet too). <br>
The fall pledge class raised about $1400 in a flag football tournament to help the high school out with their goal. This was a drop in the bucket, but a big one nonetheless. I wanted to email all of you and thank you again for all of your help with our project.
It's neat to follow up with the things we all dedicate our service to, and to think all of us had a little hand in making a big difference makes me so proud to be a brother.<br>
