[Aphio-L] Rush and Activation Hours

Hello Brothers!

I just updated Activation Hours on the website. If something seems wrong,
please let me know so I can fix it for you! I also just sent fellowship and
service hours from rush over to those chairs, so when those get logged and
something is incorrect, let me know as well!
