[Aphio-L] Nomination Information - PLEASE READ

[President Alpha Phi Omega Delta Gamma]

Hello Brothers,

We are coming up on our elections and we want you to keep in mind the
positions that will be nominated on. Some positions will be moved to one
person only and there will be more opportunities to join multiple
committees to be more involved, share ideas, and plan events. We will have
a change in the bylaws that will need to be voted on before we can elect
people but nominations will be running starting this Sunday.

*President:* Serves from Spring to Fall semester (Execs get first chance to
run for the position)
*Service* (one person position now): Spring to Fall Semester (will oversee
NSEC, Charity Chairs, and Camp Quality committees)
*Membership:* Spring to Fall Semester (works closely with Pledge Educators)
*Fellowship*(one person position now): Spring to Fall semester
*Treasurer:* Spring to Fall semester (will oversee the fundraising
committee after Spring semester)
*Communications:* Spring to Fall semester (can organize a social media
committee)
*Ombudsman:* Spring to Fall (can organize a committee for weekly themes and
mid-semester review)
*Pledge Educator(s):* (one or two needed) can be for a full year or
semesterly. will not be required to come to every exec meeting but will be
in contact with the membership chair.

Note: Positions that are currently in their first term will finish out
their year term into the spring. We must have 60% of the chapter
present for voting and must pass by 2/3 vote. Pledges do not count for
quorum or voting.

For position elections - nominations open for two weeks and then voted on.
