[Aphio-L] Updates - PLEASE READ

Hello Brothers,

I hope you all are enjoying the nice weather this weekend. There are a few
things I want to share with you.

Chapter tomorrow will be a fellowship event with no formal updates on
anything so if you would like to join and just hang out with everyone you
are welcome to do that. If there are any questions in regards to events
please reach out to me or that exec member. The zoom link is attached to
the bottom of this email.

I am sending a google form for *EVERYONE* to fill out. We want to
collect some information in regards to a few things happening in the near
future. Please fill this out by *Sunday, April 12*.

I have attached an awards sheet for you to read over. If you have any
nominations for these awards please email them to Sabrina's email:

<sectionh6chair at gmail.com>*. These nominations are *due by the end of the
day of Saturday, April 11th* so if you are interested in submitting any,
please do so as soon as possible.
Here is a small recap of what Sabrina said in regards to the awards:
"I have also decided to still do chapter awards. I fully believe you should
all be recognized for your accomplishments and I want to make sure seniors
graduating also have a chance to be recognized. I have attached a
separate document with just the awards for you to share with your chapter.
Only one chapter can win each chapter award and multiple brothers can win
the individual awards. Anyone can submit nominations!! Please email them to
me by end of day, Saturday, April 11th!! Voting Delegates will be given all
the nominations once compiled and will then vote in advance of the business
meeting. All awards will be announced during the business meeting. I
am aware the policy manual says award submissions must be received 14 days
in advance, but in lieu of everything going on that is not realistic."

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to me, those
