[Aphio-L] Important Information!

Hi everyone!!

I hope you all are having a wonderful summer!

I just wanted to stop in an mention a couple things to be keeping in mind
before the semester starts!

1. The involvement fair is coming up soon August 25th 3:30-5:00. Sign ups
are on the website! This time during recruitment is crucial!

2. There is an exec retreat coming up on Sept. 21st! Although it’s an exec
retreat any brothers are welcome to come especially if you are looking to
get more involved or want to become an officer in the future! It’s a one
day thing on a camp outside of Chillicothe. Sign ups on the website and
more info coming soon!

3. Our Regional Conference is in Indianapolis on Oct. 25-27th. I would love
to get a good number of members to attend. It’s during Halloween weekend,
but it’s also one of our goals to get people to conferences! More info is
coming soon on this as well, but sign ups are on the website!

Mark your calendar for these dates! 🎉

And lastly, I am in the process of moving our chapter meetings to Monday
nights from 8:30 pm- 9:30 pm. If you aren’t able to make it due to classes
there will be another time during the week that you will be able to attend
to make it up. But o wanted to let everyone know in advance, to clear this
time up from work or other things! If this is a problem for anyone you can
let me know via text, email, or on FB!
