[Aphio-L] Grades, Committees, and Status Requests!

Happy new year!!

I hope the break is treating you all well! Below is some important info, so
please take the time to at least skim through this whole email.

*GRADES DUE 1/22:*

Please email the SAA account (saa.aphiodeltagamma at gmail.com) a screenshot
of your cumulative GPA as affected by fall semester. This screenshot MUST
include 2 things. 1 (your GPA) and 2 (your full name). If you have any
issues doing this please let me know. If you don't send in your grades or a
reason for why they're late by 1/22, you will be deactivated :( There is an
event on the website you can sign up for if you need that extra reminder,
but it is not required!

*STATUS REQUESTS DUE 1/22:*

There is an event on 1/22 for you to sign up for status requests! Please
write as a comment whether you are requesting to be associate, early alum,
or abroad. Remember that you cannot be associate and early alum for back to
back semesters. Also be sure to know which hours are required of you as
associate! Finally, if you are on probation for any reason this semester,
you are not allowed to be granted status changes. If you have any questions
about this or your particular situation, feel free to get ahold of me. Sign
ups close on 11:59pm 1/22, so make sure to get them in before then!

*COMMITTEE REQUESTS DUE 1/22:*

There is an event on 1/22 that will close on 11:59pm for you to request
your committee placement! Like always, just pick your top 3 choices from
the available list and I'll do my best to honor them! First come first
serve though so just keep that in mind. If you are chosen for the interview
committee just let me know if you've already signed up so I don't place you
somewhere!

Sorry for the info overload, but I've made all these things due on the same
day so hopefully that will make it easy to knock them all out at once!
