"VP of Leadership Description

VP of Leadership is an awarding experience not only for the purpose of
building one’s resume but building a trusting relationship with other
members of Alpha Phi Omega. Some of the responsibilities of this position
is to make sure all members are upholding their leadership hour per
semester because leadership is one of our main principles which is very
important to the organization. Second most important responsibility is to
have a lot of leadership events and variety up on the website.
This is to ensure all members remain in good standing with the chapter.
Another responsibility is communication, especially through email. Keeping
up with communication in a timely manner and providing feedback is crucial.
Lastly, as VP of Leadership you get to work alongside other execs and get
the opportunity to build a sense of trust within the exec group and as a
bonus they are great people."
