[Aphio-L] GKTW Winter Trip

Hey bros!

It's time to get ready for the Give Kids the World winter trip!

The trip will be January 1 - January 8. We will be leaving Athens around 9
p.m. on Sunday, January 1st, and will be leaving Kissimmee, FL on the
afternoon of Sunday, January 8th which should put us back in Athens
sometime during the middle of Sunday night/Monday morning.

The trip will be $250 which will include the hotel, transportation and gas.
We usually try to rent one university van and take two of our personal
cars. If you are able to take your car on the trip it would be very helpful
to keep the cost of the trip down! If you take your car, you get an
additional service hour for the trip.

If you sign up you have until October 9th to give us a definitive "yes" for
the trip, turn in your trip contract, and pay the first $75 payment. The
next payment of $75 will be due by November 6th. The final $100 is due by
November 27th. If you would like to give us your full payment at once on
October 9th that is even better! These will be strict payment deadlines and
will be non-refundable except in the most extreme of situations (sudden
illness, family emergency, etc).

We have room for 20 people on the trip and it will be first come, first
serve. Even if the first 20 spots are filled up, definitely sign up on the
waitlist!
