[Aphio-L] Reminders

[Charity Chairs]

Hi Everyone,

Just a few quick reminders....

1) If you are signed up for grilled cheese donations we will take them no
later than Thursday night so if you need to make some arrangements to drop
them off please email or text us.

2) If you are bringing a date to the Charity Ball that IS NOT IN APhiO
please sign-up on the yellow interest event that closes tonight at
11:59pm.  If you are bringing a date outside of APhiO that can count as a
Charity Chair hour!  However you will not receive an hour if you are not
signed up on the interest event NO EXCEPTIONS so please please please do
that.

3) If you cannot attend the Charity Ball because of class or a university
excused reason please let us know ASAP

4) If you are signed up for grilled cheese sales this weekend, expect an
email from us later this week.
