Hey Bros!
Hope everyone is having a great holiday break. I have some important info
for everyone, so please read and help ya girl out!
P.s: This is the email you will contact from now on, for any "jboard"
related needs.

*Grades*
 Please send me your grades from this past semester. With the new Bylaws in
place, you will need to send a screen shot of your student center GPA as
proof. If you are confused as to what this looks like, please refer to the
Policies and Procedures Manual located in the Facebook page. Grades are not
technically due until *Week 3* of the semester, after then, you are put on
academic probation.

*Committee Sign-Up*
I have posted an event for Jan 28th. If you have a preference on a
committee, please comment your top three choices, and I will do my best to
put you on that committee. It is first come, first serve for certain
positions, so the sooner you sign-up, the better your odds are of being on
the committee of your choice. Interview committee is chosen by the VP of
Membership and has its own selection process, therefore it is not an option
on the committee sign up. I will have committees assigned by *Week 3* of
the semester.

*Abroad/Associate/Early-Alum?*
I have posted an event for Jan 28th. Here, you can comment which status you
prefer for this coming semester. As a reminder, you may not go Early Alum
or Associate if you are on probation, and you must be Active for one prior
semester. You may only go Early Alum if you are in your last semester this
spring. In addition, you are required to email me, at
saa.aphiodeltagamma at gmail.com with the requirements for Associate status,
if you would like to go associate. All requests are due by *Week 3.* After
then, you are considered Active.

*Did you graduate?*
Please shoot me an email, so that I know who to take off the list-serv and
change your status to Alum on the website :) You will be missed.

*Elections*
We are going to be electing 1 NSEC, 3 Council-members, 1 Service Chair, and
1 Ombudsman at the very first chapter.
We will be holding nominations for 1 Pleducator, and 1 Sectional Chair at
the first Chapter, and holding elections the second chapter.
We will need to fill these positions as soon as possible, and this is the
reasoning for the rushed election. If you are interested in any nominated
positions, contact that chair for more information.
