[Aphio-L] SERVICE HOURS PLEASE READ

[AphiO Service]

Hello friends.

We hope everyone is doing well as we enter into finals week.  It's hard to
stay motivated with the holidays coming up, but we hope you enjoy the last
few days on OU's campus.  We're sending an email out about some reminders
for service.

1. If you entered in your own outside hours, they have been removed from
the website.  We have made it extremely clear that all outside hours need
to go through the Service Chairs.  If this happened to you, please email us
about your hours including: what you did, contact for a supervisor of the
service, and how many hours you volunteered for.

2.  All hours are up to date as of 12pm today.  If you are missing hours or
have been docked when you shouldn't have, please email the service account.

3.  Rollover hours are all in.  If there was a problem with your rollover
hours that needs to be addressed, please reach out to the service account.

4. Stay positive and we hope you have a wonderful finals week.  Thanks for
all the fun this past year, we've really enjoyed our role as VPs of Service!
