President:

Thank you for a wonderful semester!

Looking forward to next semester and all the progress we hope to make.

Leadership:

Signups lock for the interchapter youth service event this Wednesday.

Achieve and Discover next weekend!

Details about Nationals will be out this summer so expect an email from
Mark!

Thank you all for allowing me to serve as an executive and to be apart of
this chapter. I love you all and know that you will do great things!

Shoutout to this past semesters exec board for all of your hard work it is
very much appreciated. IM LEAVING YOU ALL IN MARKS HANDS… Sorry

Service:

GKTW - we need a definite yes by Tuesday at 9pm

            Only people who are marked yes on the drive by Tuesday at 9pm
will be able to attend the trip

            Payment must be paid by the end of the semester

            We will have more information about times/places to pay coming
up in the next week

STILL NEED SIGN INS

            Sign ins not turned in by monday of finals week will be
docked.  If it was an event with one person, please email us

            If there wasn’t a sign in get with the individuals and create
another one

Athens Beautifiation Day

            Thanks for being so patient with us

            If you didn’t get the sign in please email us as soon as
possible so we can get it updated.

            We had a blast thank you so so so much!

ReUse Flyering

            Great service hour, pass out flyers uptown, upper west side of
athens and lower west side of athens

            April 18th 4pm-6pm

Bare on the Bricks

            April 20th 7:30pm-9pm



Fellowship:

MEMBERSHIP PICNIC!!!

Sunday @ 1 - Strouds (Bobcat Shelter)

**It is a different shelter than previous years. Located near the boat
launch ramp**

We need help with donations so please sign up

You must give them to one of us by 5pm on Friday (or you will be docked)

You guys all rock -  we will miss you so much seniors!!!



Fundraising

All hours should be up to date

Will send out info about pura vida this week and how the hours are going to
work

If you still need hours you can give $10 an hour

Come to our LAST THUPER DUPER FUN office hours Thursday 12-1 @ Front Room

Office Hours 2-3 Monday Honor's room across from front room

Please make sure that your emails are not being sent to the clutter of junk
folders

With the semester coming to a close remember grades must be in by week 2 of
next semester

We will have an event on the website to sign up for your committee
preferences and requests for associate early alum so please keep an eye out
for an email over the summer with more details

Finally, all hours must be in by the end of finals week.



Membership/Pledge Educators

Thanks to everyone who came to History Night! We had fun, and we hope you
did too!

Send us feedback on what you liked/didn’t like so we can make next semester
even better

Initiation is this Friday at 7pm in Walter 135 and 145

Last chance to get your certificates & membership cards!



Charity Chairs

Survey will be sent out after chapter tonight, please take it ASAP so we
can book a space for the fall event!



National Event Chairs

Thank you thank you thank you to everyone that helped out with the lemonade
wars!!

We raised (approximately)

1,310 DOLLARS!!!!!!!

If you still need hours there are plenty still up!



Faculty Pageant

Collecting CQ donations after chapter, now or never!

Hours will be updated this week

Thanks for a good year, and an even better semester. Raising over $3,000
and sending these donations to Camp Quality is so incredible for their
organization. You guys are amazing!!



Communications:

Thanks to everyone who tweeted about the lemonade stand!



Historian:

I CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S OVER GUYS :(

I love all of you, thank you for everything.

If you’re interested in helping with the scrapbook this week let me know -
I have to move out of my apartment this week so any help with the book
would be awesome!
