[Aphio-L] Constitution Probation Change Discussion

Hey ya'll,

Tonight at chapter we will be voting for a new fundraising chair as well as voting on the new format of "Probation."

The new format is as follows:

Proposed: 
For every hour a brother misses the brother has to make up that hour in the following semester or face deactivation on top of the current punishments. Intended to hold brothers more accountable for chapter requirements.
      -Proposed Example: John Smith misses 2 fellowship hours during the Spring 2016. During the Fall 2016 John will need 5 fellowship hours.


This new format will all be further discussed tonight at chapter!  Any problems and or concerns can be voiced before and during chapter in the form of "personal speaking" or email!
