   Office Hours: Monday from 1-2 at West 82


Jboard

   -

   Actives/Associates: For J Board all hours need to be completed by the
   Friday of finals week. If the other positions want to have their hours due
   before our deadline the that is when their hours will be due.
   -

   Pledges: We do not check your hours while you are pledging. If
   membership initiates you then you then as long as they don't tell us to put
   someone on probation you will be fine.


Ombudsmen

   -

Service

   -

   Only a few events up this week because of Thanksgiving

   If you are low on hours, come talk to us!

   If you have outside hours we need to see proof to award you hours.

Leadership

Membership

   Initiation — December 4th @ 7 in Walter 145 (be there by 6:45)
   -

   ACTIVES if you need a service pin, contact us by Monday @ 2PM so we can
   order it with the rest (you will have to pay $5 to Mackenna for your pin)
   -

   COMMITTEE contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your
   hours


Fellowship

   -

   Only 8 people have ordered quarter-zips! The deadline is THANKSGIVING to
   order one! I posted the link on the fb page again. If we do not get more
   people to buy them, I will cancel the order and people that already paid
   will be refunded.
   -

      In the future, if you take the survey and vote on swag, I assume that
      you are actually willing to purchase the item and I take those
numbers into
      account so that I can have an estimate of price.
      -

   All fellowship hours are up to date on the website, so make sure that
   you are getting your hours in! (At least 1 family hour, no excuses!)
   -

Historian

   -

   Because of paper chapter I’ve decided to push members of the week to
   next week
   -

      No new of the weeks for Thanksgiving since a lot of us will be gone.

   SCRAPBOOK PAGES DUE ON THE 29TH

   Please continue to send me pictures
   -

   Since rush is early in the semester we are going to use the lip sync
   video as an end of the year video instead of a rush video. The production
   will start at the beginning of next semester.

      I need song idea, please send suggestions so I can send out a survey!
      -

Service Week

   -

   There are still 39 brothers who haven’t completed their service week
   hours! Remember, you MUST do two!
   -

   Service week hours still available:
   -

      Donate used books: 5 books = 1 hour, 10 books = 2 hours
      -

      Give us $10 to use for shipping care packages/donate to Athens Books
      for Prisoners
      -

      Insomnia Fundraiser will either be last week of classes or during
      finals week - TBD
      -

   If you’re having any issues getting your hours please talk to us sooner
   rather than later!

Awards

   If you are thinking about running for the awards/historian position
   please contact me or Anastasia so you can be on one of our committees next
   semester!
