§  Proposed to be VP of Leadership and elected during the spring and to
incorporate the duties of Interchapter and also leadership development

-       Nominations start February 24th

o   Faculty Pageant (2)

o   Charity Chair (2) – this position will be taking over for Relay and 5k
after the fall 2015

o   Depending on the vote on the previous slides

Treasurer

-       Tonight is the LAST NIGHT for $50 dues

5k

-       Voting for the charity

o   Passion Works, Good Works, Kids on Campus



Service

-       Weeklies are up

o   No hates for heads Wednesday

-       Donations for game night: Thursday

-       Polar Plunge on Saturday

-       BobcaThon volunteers: 5 p.m. – 12 a.m. and they need donations for
water and Gatorade

-       Hats for heads donations, next two Sundays

o   Hooks, looms, yarn

-       Donations for snacktives: next Tuesday (chips, dip, snacks)

-       Bare on the bricks: need to register no later than Monday February
16th

-       Good works walk: sign up so we can get an idea of who is going

-       Blood drives in two weeks (have proof you went): dates and times
are on the website

-       Rollover hours from faculty pageant

-       Athens beautification: sign up on the website and register through
their site, group is Alpha Phi Omega

-       April 12th bowl for kids sake for big brothers big sisters with ATCO

-       MALES: there is an event on March 21st at the Athens Community
Center where you get to dress up as superheroes! They need our help

-       Dog shelter fundraiser: buy a hoodie for $25, get 2 service hours
and support the dog shelter

Youth Service

-       30 pop tabs = 1 hour

-       10 box tops = 1 hour

-       LOTS of West Elementary hours available

Relay

-       Send us t-shirt designs please, theme is carnival

-       Email us if you cannot attend relay

-       Look for a bake sale coming up, tabling and donations



Interchapter

-       Registration for Sectionals is now $45 ($50 with t-shirt)

-       Hotel will be $110 a night (less than $20 a person)

-       Fill out the google doc if you’re interested in coming

-       If anyone’s birthday is wrong or missed, please let Megan know so
she can add it to the list!
