[Aphio-L] ATCO bowling

Hi brothers,
I hope everyone is excited to finally be back in Athens! Now that the
semester is about to start, ATCO bowling will begin in a few weeks.


As of now, the dates for these events will be: Sept 16th, 23rd, 30th; Oct
7th, 14th, 21st, 28th; Nov 4th, 11th (Last night for calculating team
standings) and Nov 18th (Awards, Pizza Party, and 1 Bowling game).
The times will be from 5pm-7pm and the location will be at Rollerbowl on
Palmer St.

We will be expecting all APhiO bowlers to be at all of these dates barring
any medical emergencies or unforeseen academic commitments. PLEASE
understand that this means it is a weekly requirement for the entire two
hours. So if you have a class, work, etc. every Wednesday do NOT sign up
for this opportunity.

The team roster sign up is linked below. The APhiO sign up will be on the
website. You will need to complete both or you will forfeit your spot,
namely you will be removed from the sign in and your place will become fair
game for anyone to fill.

The team roster sign up will work as follows:
1. Do not edit or alter the names marked in orange.
2. Returning/previous bowlers: All your names are labelled in blue. If you
wish to continue with ATCO bowling, simply change the color of your name
from blue to black. If you do not wish to/cannot continue with ATCO
bowling, delete your name and write "open" in black. To avoid any confusion
you will be solely responsible for this and no one will be allowed to alter
your name without your permission.
You will have until noon on August 28th to do this. After that time, any
spaces marked in blue will be changed to a black 'open spot' message
3. For everyone else: any spot marked with a black 'open spot' is up for
grabs.
4. After you have a confirmed space (aka your name is marked in black on
the roster) sign up on the APO online sign up just like you would for a
regular event.
