President

-Execs Monday 7:30 in Grover W125, new officers can come

-Office hours 1pm Friday West 82

-All make up hours need to be done by Dec 5th



Ombudsman

-Question of the week: Any last minute concerns about getting hours?

-Theme for next week: wear blue and gold or your letteres!



JBoard

-Monday office hours at 5:30 on Grover



Treasurer

-Dues are $75 tonight, you have exactly one week to pay (November 23rd) or
you will be reported to Jboard for deactivation

-GKTW summer trip come see me

-all receipts for reimbursement are due by the 23rd as well

-Family heads! You must have your receipt to get reimbursed for
Thanksgiving dinner



Service

-Weeklies are up!

-lots of chances for hours this week

-Deadline for hours/sign in/outside hours requests is December 7th

-Coat drive for Trimble and Athens County next chapter

-The great Athens Clean up: Next Sunday, still looking for recommendations
on what areas need it the most

-Big thank you to everyone for their support for the students that were
affected by the fire



Faculty Pageant

-get our signatures!



Membership

-Thanks for all of your help with Thanksgiving Dinner

-History Night this Thursday Night 7pm in Walter 135, mandatory for
everyone



Fellowship

-Skyzones website lied and they didn’t answer the phone sooo updates to come

-get your sign-ins in, email is preferred



Fundraising

-For those who still need hours, look at swag and letter writing for next
chapter

-if you’re still worried about getting your hours please talk to us!

-Last day to give us your hours is Sunday December 7 at chapter

-give Buffalo Wild Wings and receipts to Jilly



Youth Service

-Pop tabs/Box tops to Amanda, 30 pop tabs=1 hour, 10 box tops= 1 hour

-Granda street kids sales are starting this week, we will be selling
bracelets so sign up

-Bring sign ins to us



Service Week

-We still need the sign in from the Pumpkin Festival on November 8th
