Chapter Minutes 1/20/14
President
-
Office hours Wednesday’s 3-4:30 at West 82
-
exec meetings wednesdays 7:30-8:30 in grover
Ombudsman
-
Financial aid forms- changes due Feb 12th before execs, weekly and
semester budgets
-
dues would be $3.33 a week if on payment plan
-
suggestion box will start next week
JBoard
-
List of people approved for associate or early alum will be sent out
-
Need to know by next Sunday if you want to go associate or early alum
-
associate still has to family hour and mandatory event hours, early alum
doesn't need to do any hours
-
grades need to be turned in by week 4
-
will start having office hours on Monday’s in the Front Room from
12:30-1:30
-
any questions about swabbing talk to Kevin

Bring me your dues! $50 for actives $15 for associates

if paying with check make it out to Alpha Phi Omega- Delta Gamma

Dues will be $50 for the first three chapters and then will go up $5
every chapter after that

If you are still owed money from last semester or from winter break come
see me with receipts

If you emailed a receipt resend it, I’ve cleared out the email

If you want to meet outside of chapter to pay dues or give me deposits
all money/checks need the following

in an envelope with your name on it, total of how much is included,
and what the money is for

I WILL NOT be accepting any money that is unlabeled or not in an envelope
-
I WILL be counting all cash in front of you so there is no discrepancy
on the amount

If you need to set up a payment plan get ahold of me before the 4th
chapter!!

New Stuff for trips:

contract for trips- 1 month in advance, no refund if contract is
broken and will result in a one year ban, university excuses only

service trip leaders- will now earn 2+ additional hours, selection
for leader will be via an interview process

one leader per trip

Final due date for hours is April 30th at noon, wednesday of finals
week!!

by wednesday, winner will get a free tshirt!
