President

   - Office Hours 2-3 Monday in West 82


Ombudsmen

   - Question of the week: What kind of themes would you like to see at
   chapter?


J-Board

   - Send in your grades by midnight tonight! If you have a problem like a
   financial hold talk to them, this is just to make sure your in good
   academic standing, if they are not in by midnight you will be deactivated.
   You can text them to him 440-541-3901
   - If your interested in being an exec talk to the chairs!


Treasurer

   - $55 this week, $20 associate


Service

   - Weeklies are up!
   - Turn in sign ins
   - 5k’s- Nelsonville Bypass (Sept 28th), Color Run (Nov 9th), Live
   Healthy Appalachia Roll and Stroll (Nov 16th)
   - If you are on the waitlist for an event you are not signed up but will
   be automatically signed up if someone drops
   - Cardboard city! Its this Saturday, starts at 6pm, donations turn in
   your duct tape and boxes (boxes bring day of), a maximun of 5 hours can be
   earned at this event
   - Staying overnight is optional but each organization should have
   someone stay overnight
   - Bring sleeping bags and blankets


Membership

   - Game night is tomorrow the 23rd in Walter 235 at 6:30 pm, please bring
   games!
   - Activation is Thurs the 26th in Grover W115, arrive at 7:15 so we can
   start at 7:30, dress us business professional, there is the scavenger hunt
   after so its important to be there!
   - Come get your shirts! You cannot pick up your shirt unless you have
   paid
   - Turn in your big applications, you will find out who your little is
   late monday night
   - Positive Points- you can get them by getting 25+ service hours, 9+
   fellowship hours, 4+ fundraising hours or random acts of brotherly
   kindness, you can email he membership account and nominate people for a
   positive point for doing something great, 10 positive points=$1 coupon for
   swag


Fellowship

- Upcoming events:

      - Bro Movie Night at Kristas 9/23
      - Gatsby Movie Night 9/25
      - Sunday Runday 9/29
      - 5k wall painting 10/2
      - Slice Night 10/2
      - 5k Spaghetti dinner 10/3
      - Apple Picking and Pumpkin patch 10/6
   - Look for another survey about homecoming sweatshirts, pick your
   favorite from the top 3 designs, sign up for a sweatshirt on the website,
   they will start collecting money next chapter
   - Spirit Jerseys- will have the price and design by next week


Faculty Pageant

   - Selling “Cancer Drools” shirts for camp quality family who needs help
   - Committee meet after chapter for a few minutes
   - Working on finalizing a date


Fundraising

   - Chipotle 10/8, sign up so they can get an estimate
   - Insomnia fundraiser you need to buy 6 cookies
   - Tank sales have been good so look out for more of those
   - Buy shirts and swag!


Youth Service

   - Real week is back on! Nov 18-22, we will decorate the library the week
   before, need donations for tissues and hand sanitizers $10= 1 hour
   - Bring childrens books for donations and you can also get an hour 3
   books=1 hour, please make sure your books are relevant
   - Ohio Valley Museum of Discovery- every saturday they need volunteers
   for their amazing castle exhibit, located by the farmers market on state
   - COSI on wheels- Thursday October 3rd they are coming to West
   Elementary! This event goes from 8:15-3:15 and will be divided up hourly,
   try to sign up for at least 2 hours at a time if possible, the theme is
   Astonishing Astronomy
   - Turn in your pop tabs and box tops


5k

   - Ice cream social was a success! Thank you every one who came and
   especially Stephen Bell for going above and beyond
   - Shirt sign ups lock tomorrow at midnight
   - Penny wars will start up next Sunday at chapter, we will be competing
   by families and the winning family will get to eat first at Thanksgiving
   dinner! They will take the average so family size wont matter
   - You get an hour day of for participating and need 1 outside hour
   (registration tabling, letter writing, flyering, chalking, food donations,
   bringing non APO people)
   - Important Dates 10/1 wall painting 9pm, 10/2 5k flyering/chalking 8pm,
   10/3 spaghetti dinner 5pm, 10/5 5k!!!! 10am
   - Donation sub committee meet after chapter


Service Week

   - November 3-9th!
   - Kick CF Nov 3, teams can be APO or non, registration tables will come
   up soon, still looking for 3 refs/2 floaters
   - Remember you need 2 SW hours!
   - Committee meeting after chapter
   - Shirts are $15 and can be ordered online


Historian

   - 10 pictures for a committee hour!
