[Aphio-L] Homecoming Sweatshirt Survey!

Hey bros!

So I finally finished the Homecoming survey but READ MY INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY.

I wasn't able to fit the pictures of the sweatshirts on the survey (files
too big) so I have attached a *word document* with a picture of the front
and back of each sweatshirt. The Design # is directly below each picture.
So for the first design, you'll see the design and underneath it says
'design #1' and goes on like that until design #11. This is important
because on the SURVEY, there are NO PICTURES so you need to know the design
that you like and then vote on that design #.

There are also a few other questions to answer on the survey, so please
don't skip those.
