[Aphio-L] Sign ins, Kennedy Gallery Contact Details and Hosting Fellowship Events

I apologize in advance as this might be a long email. But please bear with
me as the following does contain some important information!

*Sign ins

-Please try to make/turn in a complete sign in*: I know that sometimes
keeping a single sign in going at an event is hard, especially if we have
multiple shifts volunteering. However please try your best to turn in
comprehensive sign ins. If we receive sign ins in bits and pieces (aka one
shift turns in a sign in one week, another shift turns in their sign in a
week after etc.) we start to get people being docked when they shouldn't.

*- Please write legibly:** *This is especially important if you didn't sign
up online for the event!

As I mention in chapter, this is the lady you need to email when you sign
up for a Kennedy Gallery Guard shift. Please include your name and time and
day you signed up to volunteer for in your email.

If you unsign from the event, please call her and tell her that you will
not be attending. If you cannot get through, leave her a message.

*Hosting fellowship events*

We are now offering a service hour for people who host fellowship events.
This means that if a fellowship event is hosted at your place of residence,
you will automatically get a service hour!

So if you are interested please email Fellowship at
fellowship.aphiodeltagamma at gmail.com to get your event up on the website.
