Julie- Pledges she is in Porter 250 8-9am go talk to her!!!!

Red Cross- Wednesday in Baker 12-6pm go sign up if you can donate! Save a
life. You have to wait 56 days between donations.


President

   - Office hours 2-4 Monday in West 82
   - Execs 8pm Tuesday Grover W255


Ombudsmen

   - Question of the week: How can we improve chapter?
   - Pajama party next week at chapter!


J-board

   - Contact us if you need anything
   - Keep thinking about any positions you may want on the exec board!
   - You can miss 4 mandatory events and can make up 2 if you miss more
   than 4 you are on probation next semester


Treasurer

- Contact Kathryn if you haven’t paid


Service

   - Weeklies are up
   - ReUse industries weeklies will be up soon
   - Dog walking: make sure you have filled out a form! They now have a
   volunteer sign in sheet
   - Swabbing Events: Got swabbed Oct 10th, Swab-a-thon Oct 15th, College
   Gate Oct 10th, Shively Oct 22nd- Remember you have to go to training for
   these the info for that is on each event
   - Halloween Dance Oct 19th
   - Color Run Nov 10th (note the day change)
   - Pumpkin Roll and Stroll 5k Nov 16th
   - If you signed up for something and its full, remember you can’t go
   unless a spot opens up!
   - This is the last call for the Pawpaw fest sign ins


Membership

   - Big/Little Night is next Thursday the 17th at 8pm in Grover Gym, this
   is a mandatory event if you have a little
   - Bigs need 2 fellowship hours and 2 service hours with your littles,
   can only get 1 hour per service event aka you need 2 separate events
   - Come get your shirts


Fellowship

   - Homecoming Week
      - 10/7 Banner Making 7pm
      - 10/9 Bonfire 7pm (SMORES)
      - 10/10 Pumpkin Carving 5pm
      - 10/11 Alumni Cookout 5:30pm, sign up soon cause they need a food
      count, 70 Franklin
      - 10/12 Homecoming Parade 9am
   - Lots of family events this week
   - Chipotle on Tuesday can only be a family fellowship
   - Homecoming Sweatshirt $15 Vic will be collecting money after chapter,
   she will email collection times, they will be here Thursday so you can pick
   them up at Vic’s house Thurs night or Friday
   - Spirit Jersey- waiting approval, $40


Historian

   - Please send your pictures to the historian account or on the facebook
   page


Fundraising

   - Chipotle 5-8:30 Tuesday Oct 8, you DON’T need a flier, just say you
   are with Alpha Phi Omega fundraiser BEFORE they ring you up, there are at
   least 140 people going so be patient, do not hand out flier outside of of
   in chipotle, do not tell other customers to say they are with the
   fundraisers, make sure you save your reciepts
   - Flyering Oct 8th 2-5 at College Gate
   - Insomnia- waiting to recieve those fliers, Oct 14th all day, not on
   the site yet, buy 6 cookies to get an hour


 Youth Service

   - Thanks to anyone who signed up for COSI on Wheels or the Fall
   Festival!
   - Ohio Valley Museum of Discovery event back up for this Saturday
   - Pop tabs and box tops as normal
   - Chauncey Elementary needs help recirculating their library! Shifts
   from 10am-3pm on Oct 8th, 16th, 23rd, so far
   - Soon to be events with Federal Hocking Elementary Schools and Trimble
   Elementary- more info on that next week
   - West Elementary sign ups missing: Sept 18, Sept 25, Oct 1, Oct 2


5K

   - Thank you!!!!!
   - Spaghetti dinner raised just over $480
   - Day of race raised $376
   - TOTAL: $2870.64 THANK YOU!
   - Penny Wars Rules: Pennies are good, silver coins and dollar bills are
   BAD and count against your team), you want to put silver coins in other
   families bags and pennies in your own bag
   - All 5k hours are updated! If your hours are missing or wrong email them
   - Committee look out for an email this week about hours
   - Still need your 5k hour? Chipotle FUNdraiser Nov 5th 5:30-8:30


Service Week

   - November 3-9th
   - Daily activities with Kids of Beacon School, Homerun Derby, Kick CF,
   Fortune Cookies at College Gate
   - New donation opportunities up on the site
   - Fundraiser is changing hours to the morning, unsign up if your
   unavaliable
   - Shirt money due by Oct 21 or pay online, $15


Interchapter

   - Regionals November 15-17 Huntington WV
   - APO LEADS Day: Nov 23rd on Washington University’s Danforth Campus!
   Registration closes on Halloween (Oct 31st), you must have taken Launch to
   take other courses


PR

   - Vote for TYLA!!!! Homecoming- voting opens tomorrow morning

   - Happy Birthday to Jessica Prentis, Carissa Boring, Molly Kleman,
   Hailie Badach and Max Weaver!
