President

   - Office hours: 2-4 in West 82
   - No execs!


Ombudsmen

   - Question of the week: What fellowship events would you like to see
   over Christmas break?
   - Any comments/concerns during elections let them know!
   - Last theme of the semester is UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATERS!


J-Board

   - Elections part 2!
   - Nominations? Krissy B for Service Week, Heather Davidson for Secretary
   - Talk to them if you are worried about anything related to mandatory
   hours, gradesm being on probation, ect...
   - Do NOT sign in anyone other than yourself!


Treasurer

- Dues should all be on the website her this week, let her know if there is
an issue.


Service

   - Weeklies are up!
   - Hats for Heads and Kennedy Gallery Guard are cancelled this week
   - Missing sign ins
   - All sign ins are due before finals week (unless the event is during
   finals week)


Membership

   - Initiation is Friday 12/6, actives meet at 7:15 in Morton 237, you
   must dress us!
   - Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 pledge classes get your Membership Cards and
   Certificates!


Fellowship

   - Last chances to get hours!
   - Family events
   - Hanukkah Party 12/4
   - Holiday Party 12/8- sign ups lock Dec 4 to get a count on food and
   crafts, you can get donation hours for making and donating food
   - Winter Break- hours go towards spring semester- Dayton Riverscape Ice
   Skating 12/17, Columbus Zoo Lights 12/18 and the Cavs game
   - SWAG- Homecoming sweat shirts- if you didn’t get yours talk to Vic,
   Spirit Jerseys last chance to get one!


Historian

   - Pictures.. send them!
   - Senior digital scrapbook?


Faculty Pageant

   - Tuesday February 25th!
   - It is a mandatory event and you need 2 hours


Fundraising

   - Koozie Sale- Monday 1-5pm
   - SWAG- up front after chapter


Youth Service

   - Pop tabs and box tops to Chelsea
   - Please turn in sign ins from read week or any other sign ins you may
   have
   - If your here over break child care still needs help!
   - Hot chocolate sale next week for the back pack program, look for it on
   the website


Service Week

- Talk to them if you haven’t gotten your hours yet. There are still a few
things on the website

- Happy Birthday to Michael Gallo, Bobby Davis, and Kate Kendall!
