Basketball tickets for Autism Sale

   - Raising money for a local autistic boy to have a normal education and
   life because his family cannot afford it. Tickets are $20. Wednesday 11/6
   from 10-2 College Gate, Thursday 11/7 from 4:30-9pm College Gate, Friday
   11/8 from 10-3 at College Gate, Saturday 11/9 from 10-12 Baker Center 4th
   floor. Contact Jamie Roberts 216-536-2357 or jr600809 at ohio.edu If you
   can’t get there any of those times contact to her to meet up. You get 2
   service hours if you buy one!


Caleb- Devin, 13 year old boy with brain cancer, theres nothing more they
can do and his make a wish was to have christmas with his family so we are
trying to get some christmas cards together so sign them!


President

   - Office Hours: Monday 2-4 in West 82
   - Execs: 8-8:20 in Grover W255


Ombudsmen

   - Question of the week: Whats your favorite thanksgiving food? GET
   EXCITED FOR THANKSGIVING DINNER!

   think you would be good for the position
   - Everyone else: Come ready to vote!!! If you have any comments or
   questions about nominees, please keep them appropriate and timely.


Fundraising

   - Grilled Cheese Sale/Donations 11/6 10pm-2am

   - Tank Sales 11/9 11-4pm
   - Tank Sales 11/10 11-3pm
   - Swag: Sign up for 11/24 chapter- Hats=$8, Tumbler=$10, Sunglasses=$5,
   Tank=$10 (these are great gifts for initiation!)


Fundraising

   - Pledge fundraising events- You can attend and get fundraising hours
   BUT you must wait until 24 in advance to sign up, this lets pledges sign up
   first
   - Worried about getting hours? Contact them!
   - Send in suggestions

Treasurer

Service

   - Weeklies are up
   - No ATCO events this Tuesday to it being half-day/in service day for
   Athens County Board of Developmental Disabilities
   - Donation events (all items that are needed are listed on the events)
      - Marshall University backpack drive
      - Book drive for Prisoners
      - Dairy Barn Toy Drive
   - Swabbing events at Boyd and Shively
   - End Slavery Pledge Drive to raise awareness on the issue of human
   trafficking this week
   - Friends of the Shelter veterans day parade (honoring military dogs)
   (you need to have a dog to do this)
   - Volunteer at the Hospice movie screenings at the Athena- promoting
   healthy living for the elderly
   - United Appeal Mail Assembly (tomorrow)- Help US help the residents of
   Athens County to meet a healthy standard of living
   - Got Swabbed? Sign in is up front
   - Please make a sign in when you arrive at events- especially if you are
   the first shift
   - Make sure you let people know about the sign in and where it is
   - If an event has multiple shifts, please do not take the sign in unless
   you are the last shift
   - If you are concerned about not being able to make it to events contact
   them and they will help you work it out


Membership

   - Signature Parties- Monday 11/4 at 7pm in Grover E205, Thursday 11/14
   at 6pm in Grover E205, actives sign up on the website for a fellowship hour
   - Families please stay after chapter so pledges can get your signatures,
   some people will get emails if most of the pledges in your family do not
   have your signature
   - Thanksgiving dinner! 6pm on Tues 11/19 UMC let us know if you want to
   cook a turkey at your house!
   - Family heads will get an email this week about what your family needs
   to bring
   - History Night is on 11/21
   - Membership cards and certificates for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013
   - Pledge fundraiser bake sale so buy stuff


Fellowship

   - 11/4 signature party
   - Lots of family events going on
   - Get your homecoming sweatshirts


NOLA Winter Trip

   - Plan to meet before chapter next week
   - Victoria Vincent, Sarah Kollin, Ali Cupelli, Kayla Marks, Brittney
   McDonaugh, Carissa Boring, Annica Strickmaker, Myranda Owca, Taylor Carney,
   Morgan Forsythe, Rachel Graurer and Abigail Eppley


Youth Service

   - Sign up for read week donations, they need tissues, hand sanitizer,
   decorations
   - Pop tabs and box tops to Chelsea
   - Need someone from their committee to be in charge of donation boxes
   - Adding Chauncey Library helpers back up
   - Bdubs fundraiser in January for the backpack program


Relay

   - Relay will be March 21st in the new field house!!!!
   - Committee email us back
   - GymBros is being moved to a later time so sign up!


5k

   - You can still get hours- heres your options
   - Chipotle Flyering Printing- Monday Nov 4th, 5 people print 20 flyers
   each
   - Chipotle Flyering at College Gate- Tuesday Nov 5th, 2-5pm (2 people
   per shift)
   - Chipotle FUNdraiser (all proceeds benefitting Good Works!) This
   tuesday Nov 5th from 5:30-8:30, remember to mention its for “Alpha Phi
   Omega 5k” BEFORE they ring you up
   - Penny Counters before next chapter
   - Penny Wars- Mu is currently in 1st place
   - Get your shirts if you haven’t already
   - Committee if you don’t have all your hours on the website, look out
   for an email this week to complete your hours


Service Week

   - IT’S HERE!!!!

   - Home Run Derby Sat Nov 9 Sign up your dads will love it!
   - There are added hours for more tabling with fortune cookies and home
   run derby
   - If you’re the first/last shift of Fortune or Home Run Derby tabling
   text them!
   - Email them and let us know what events you liked for next year
   - Get your hours!


Interchapter

   - Please turn in your money to Vic Hotel $45, Shirt $15- need to pay for
   this tonight!
