If you are tabling for relay this weekend attached is the email containing
instructions on what to do. If you aren't tabling... please consider it! We
are counting on you guys to step up and help us make our t-shirt sales and
chippendales a success. Even if you can only spare an hour of your time it
would be greatly appreciated.

* This email is lengthy BUT it contains very important information. Not
reading and subsequently making a mistake at the sales this weekend could
cause you to be docked hours.

You are receiving this email because you are signed up for “Relay Tabling”
this weekend – at Morton Hill, College Gate, and/or Mom’s market Friday,
Saturday, or Sunday. At each of the sales we are going to have for sale
Relay Tshirts, Granada Street Kids handicrafts, and fest tanks. Sara
Beyoglides will be doing all of the set up and tear down of Relay stuff, so
you actives will just be responsible for the fest tanks and Granada Street
Kids things. Robert Burke will be assisting

*All shifts: **Keep the money for everything separated*. There will be an
envelope for tank money, an envelope for Granada Street Kids Money, and a
place for Relay money. If people signed up for a fest tank online, mark
them off of the list. For Relay T-shirts, you will need to tally how many
of each size you sell.

*First shifts (11-12):* You are responsible for set up. Meet at Baker
outside the media center at 10:45 if possible (hint, get the phone numbers
of the people working with you).You will need to get the products for sale
from the office, and get a table from Baker and bring them to your
respective location. The products you need to get are -

-       Granada Street Kids Handicrafts (try to get a little of everything
but make sure each location has some of it)

-       Granada Street Kids Money Envelope (there will be 3, pick one)

-       COLLEGE GATE ONLY – all of the fest tanks

-       COLLEGE GATE ONLY – fest tank money envelope

* *

*Last shifts (3-4):* You are responsible for tear down. You will need to
take the products to the office and the table back to Baker (not for Mom’s
Market, those tables stay at Ping).

Here is the info to get in and out of the office:

The office is located on the 3rd floor in the Media Center (behind the
escalators).
You need to get the office key from the key box first. Follow the
instructions for “key removal.” It will ask you for an 8 digit code- 0241
2624, then it will ask you how many keys (1) and finally for a key number.
We have two keys: 29 and 30. Try 29 first, if that doesn’t work try 30. The
door will unlock, grab the key that is glowing red.
Go through the door marked 319 (behind you when facing the key box) and
turn left. Our office is the last office on the right: 312. We share it
with SFER, so don’t be alarmed by the sign on the door. Make sure you lock
the office door on your way out – set up and tear down people!

RELAY COMMITTEE: You can earn committee hours from these shifts if you
wish! Please indicate this in the comment box. Note you cannot double dip
service/relay hours and committee hours.
