[Aphio-L] Bylaws for vote this Sunday

Hey Bros,

Attached to this e-mail are the Bylaws we will be voting to pass for the
Semesters transition. Please, if you have time, read these over before
chapter so that we can speed up the voting process this Sunday. We will be
using the flash card system for voting so please pick that up as you walk
into chapter.
