[Aphio-L] RELAY REMINDERS!

[Relay for Life - Alpha Phi Omega Delta Gamma]

Hey Bros,

Relay is (now) 4 days away! AHHH! We have some reminders for you for this
week:

*1. SIGN UP FOR RELAY ON THE WEBSITE! THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE AT THE END OF
THE MESSAGE!

2. We've been getting a lot of questions about the DTF Tanks. If you
purchased one, you can pick them up this week at one of the following
locations:
           -Monday: May 7th, Baker 231, 6:30-8pm
           - Tuesday: May 8th, Top of Baker,  11am-4pm
           - Thursday May 10th, College Gate, 11am-4pm

3. For all of you interested in buying a Mom's Weekend T-shirt, we will be
selling them next chapter! The new ones are $10, and you can buy the old
ones for $5.

4. All of you need to sign up to do at least one hour at Relay!! If you
can't make Relay, please let us know. We want everyone to go to Relay and
have lots of fun! Also, you can only do a maximum of 4 Relay hours to count
toward your 12 for the quarter! So if you're signed up for more than 4
Relay hours, please unsign up! We want everyone to have a chance to get
hours :)

5. Tomorrow, Jenn will be out by O'Bleness on South Green dying streaks of
hair purple for $1! Support Relay and show your spirit for the week! Sign
up online if you're even a little bit interested. (The dye will last a week
or two, just as a heads up!)


Keep your eyes peeled on the website for more Relay service opps... and as
always, if you have any questions/comments/or concerns... don't ever
hesitate to get in touch with us!

SIGNING UP FOR RELAY ON THE WEBSITE:

Step 1: go to http://www.relayforlife.org/
Step 2: type in our zipcode (45701) in the find an event box
Step 3: Click the first option for Ohio University’s Relay
Step 4: On the right hand sign click the SIGN UP button
Step 5: Click JOIN A TEAM
Step 6: Search for a team using our team name ALPHA PHI OMEGA
Step 7: Click the only option (Sara Beyoglides will be the team captain)
            -make sure you click all the way to the far right the little
button that says join – don’t
click alpha phi omega
Step 8: Choose the option: Pay Commitment Fee by Cash or Check (Our
collective fundraising will take care of this)
Step 9: Feel free to make a donation but if not select not at this time
Step 10: Click Next Step
Step 11: Click New Participant (Unless you have done this before AND
remember your information)
Step 12: From this point continue to fill out your information and when
you’re finished you’ll be on our team!
