[Aphio-L] MS Benefit Concert Sign-In!

Hey guys!

I don't think anyone has turned in the sign-in yet for helping out with the MS Benefit Concert that happened on April 4th so i am going to make one and bring it to chapter tonight. If you came to that then find the sign-in tonight so we can get our hours! I will put it either on a desk somewhere by JP up front or pass it around during chapter.
