Hey Bros! There is a summer service opportunity coming up that can count
towards the fall. If you are interested, read below. Once you have figured
out what day/times you can volunteer, please email the service account to
let us know your times and make a sign in at the actual event. This is a
really great cause so check it out!

Pelotonia is a grassroots bike tour with one goal: end cancer. On August 20
th and 21st nearly 5,000 cyclists will travel from Columbus to Athens and
back in a grassroots fundraising movement for cancer research.  Over two
years Pelotonia has raised over 12.3 million dollars and 100% of all funds
raised are directed to innovative and lifesaving cancer research at the Ohio
State University Comprehensive Cancer Center.****

Pelotonia relies on the dedication and support of over 1,700 Volunteers. We
would love to have some students from Ohio University join us as members of
the Volunteer team in Athens when the ride ends after 102 miles, at the
Convo. We are especially in need of Volunteers on Sunday Morning, August 21
st in Athens. If you are interested in helping, please register at
http://www.mypelotonia.org/volunteer.jsp. After you submit your basic
personal information you will then choose your Volunteer Activity by
selecting which day, location, and task you would like to volunteer for.
Volunteer Activities include things such as bike management, luggage
management, food and beverage, hospitality, etc.  After registering you will
receive further details from your Lead Volunteer.  If you have any
questions, please feel free to contact me.****
