Guys,

YOU CANNOT SEND LETTERS TO YOUR FRIENDS ON CAMPUS!!!!!
It is wasting paper, envelopes and stamps.
YOU ALSO CANNOT SEND LETTERS TO CORPORATE BUSINESSES!!
Letter writing partys are meant to help us raise money towards finding a
cure for cancer. They are not just for getting your Relay hours. Please only
sign up for these letter writing parties if you are going to come with
actual adresses of people that you think might donate. From now on we are
going to be checking letters as you turn them in and you wont get your hours
if you are sending them to people or places that we asked you not to.

We apologize for yet another email but Relay for Life is very important to a
lot of people (including us) and there is a purpose to writing these
letters.

If you dont know anybody who would be willing to donate there are plenty of
other ways to get your Relay hours.
