[Aphio-L] Summer Subleasers

 Hey bros!

Hope you all had a great Spring Break! I know, I miss it already too. Anyway, my roommates and I will all be gone for this upcoming summer and we need subleasers for our apartment.

We live at the Summit; it's a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apt. A laundry room is include in the apt. Also, the complex has a heated pool, workout room, movie theater, club house, and there is free tanning.

The rent (includes all utilities and water, etc) is $604/person/month. It's first come, first serve basis although if you have 3 people who want to rent it together you will be given higher priority.
