·      Sit with families

·      Computers aren’t working, so no PowerPoint

·      Fundraising

o   Puppy Chow again this week (12-3 on Wednesday), sign-ups online

§  Clumped together as one event, so first two spots=first time slot, spots
3 and 4=2nd hour, etc

§  10 bags to donate

o   Turn in fundraising hours to Fundraising chairs

o   Homecoming shirts

§  4-5 still left

§  if you don’t bring your money by next week, something embarrassing is
coming your way

·      Fellowship

o   Volleyball starts tomorrow at 5:30

§  Ping Area B

§  Be there 15 min. early, no jewelry, no pockets, bring ID

o   Formal

§  Sat. Feb. 27

§  Check in at 4:30pm, check out 10am

§  Dance 8:30-11

§  Last day to sign up Feb. 14. NO EXCEPTIONS

§  Still undecided about how cabins will be split

§  Interest sheet tonight

o   Fellowship of the week:

§  Wednesday is Slice Night, 5-9pm at Court Side

·      Ombudsmen

o   Suggestion box went around, asking for ideas for pledge retreat next
week

o   Sat. Feb. 20, learn to skate at Bird Arena, 7:30am-2pm

o   ATCO Bowling quarter-long commitment

§  Just keep the same sign-in sheet for the whole quarter

o   If any problems, call Chelsea or Lauren

o   Running club this week

·      Membership

o   Big/Little Night this Thursday at 9 at Red Brick

§  Theme: Reality TV shows, separated by family

§  $5 active social fee to Monica and Abbey

§  Underagers have to be there before 10 to be let in

§  There will be doormen

§  Don’t come sloppy drunk

§  Don’t necessarily have to tip bartender, it’s already included

§  Open party after 12, so don’t be surprised if others there

§  BUT remember we are representing APhiO- have fun, but be in control

o   If your Big/Little was not at Initiation, talk to/contact Laura and
Angela to get contact info

o   Pledge Retreat this Sunday

§  10am in Baker Ballroom B

§  Need a rep from each family

§  Count as service hours for actives

§  Sign-ups for food as well

o   Signature parties

§  3 of them

§  Speed-dating style

§  First one is Tuesday Feb. 2, 7-10pm in Baker 240

·      Sign up if you think you’ll be there, so pledges know who to count on

·      Announcements

o   Reminder: DO NOT DRINK with your letters, don’t title albums that have
pictures of drinking with APhiO or anything like that

o   DUES- last day to pay without a fine

o   If you ordered a service week t-shirt, BUY IT!!!!

o   Actives stick around after chapter to give pledges your signatures
